Thoughts and a picture
I removed my status report post. Why? Well, I want to share my feelings but there is a real or imagined side-effect of having people's pity. Some things I am bad at: sharing my feelings, asking for help/favors from people and having the feeling that someone's motivations towards me are driven by pity. This has nothing to do with any comments posted, so those of you that did post, don't worry. It is more of an internal bad feeling about it.

First, this is not in anyway driven by pity. :) I think it is really interesting to read your impression that you are bad at sharing your feelings. I say interesting because I recognize it might very well be generally true. But one of the most remarkable things about your blog is how powerfully you represent your feelings here. I wonder if the privacy of composing a post frees you from the inhibitions you might have in expressing feelings in real time to another person.
Anyway, it just struck me.
